An inferno of Greek and Mediterranean flavour – ‘Chimera’ takes its name from a mythical fire breathing Lion. Told to have terrorised the countryside of Lycia, the beast was believed to have been born in Crete (Kriti).
At the Chimera we blend and demonstrate the many cultural identities of the Mediterranean. Watch the sunset, jutting out across the sea on the terrace and enjoy our fresh fish or meat fillets aromatised with local herbs and complimenting wines.
